The project concerned the redesign and reorganization of 70 Hellenic Post branches across southern Greece, with the central objective of implementing a coherent new corporate identity across a wide range of architectural and geographic conditions.

The main challenge was not simply to apply a graphic identity, but to translate it into a spatial system: furniture, colors, signage, logos, inscriptions, lighting, operational layouts, and customer service flows had to work together as one recognizable architectural language. At the same time, each branch belonged to a different local context; from seaside villages and mountain settlements to traditional urban fabrics; requiring an approach that could remain consistent without becoming repetitive or insensitive to place.

Our proposal was structured around four distinct design approaches, allowing the new identity to adapt to different building types, scales, and local architectural conditions. Within this framework, each branch was treated individually, balancing the client’s corporate guidelines with the character of its specific setting.

The result was a comprehensive design strategy that established a unified image for the Hellenic Post network while preserving the architectural particularity of each location. The study delivered refined, functional, and context-aware proposals capable of supporting both the operational needs of the branches and the public presence of the institution.
